RESEARCH COACHING
Research coaching provides guidance and support to the novice researchers to achieve their research output. This is done by passing on the key learnings of the coach’s experience in order to help the novice researcher achieve the research goals. We coach academic, corporate and NGOs, students and staff.
We assist the novice researchers to craft the research question, the problem statement, the conceptual model, methodology including the instrument where applicable, data analysis and conclusions

EXPRESS COACHING
This is a focused coaching that is done for a short period to close a particular specified gap within the different areas of the research journey.
CUSTOMISED COACHING
The coach meets with the researcher on a regular basis to provide guidance and review progress. This meeting are one-on-one (face to face, Zoom or Skype).
COACHING CIRCLES
This coaching is done in a small group, which is not more than five. This is a combination of training, and the execution of research aspect. Coaching circles are mainly done for Methodology and Data analysis.
COACHING THE COACH/SUPERVISOR
